WHAT'S COOKING? Ham and potato casserole

Well, here’s to another month gone. Soon it will be fall and time slow down.

HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE

1 bag diced hash browns, frozen

2 c cream of potato soup

1 – 16 oz sour cream

1 – 8 oz or more diced ham

Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Parmesan cheese, grated

Combine hash browns, soup, sour cream and ham in a large bowl. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Cover with cheddar cheese and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Cook for 1 hour at 375 degrees until bubbles and hot cheese is melted.
